How our baby carrier library works:

We have developed the sling/carrier library to give you the opportunity to trial one of our carriers to experience the benefits of carrying your baby and establish the right carrier for your needs. What is the cost? 

There is no cost to loan the carrier other than a small postage fee of $6.95. This is payable in advance when you book the carrier online or in store, with one carrier loaned at a time for a maximum period of 10 days.

If by chance you are ordering something else online at the time of ordering your borrowed carrier, then you will only pay the cost of postage once for your order (providing the carrier/items are all dispatched together).

Should you decide to purchase any sling/carrier from us after your trial, we will give you 10% OFF your new purchase.  

How do I borrow? 

To borrow one of our slings/carriers, view the range available here and add the loan item to your shopping cart. We have multiples of each sling/carrier available. If by chance the sling/carrier of you choice is not available at the time of your order, a member of our team will contact you to advise of any wait period.

If you are borrowing in our Melbourne store, please speak with one of our sales staff who will set you up on the spot! If you are making a special visit to the store for this specific purpose, we recommend you call the store prior to check that the specific carrier is available for loan.

Please return the (washed) carrier to us at the following address within the ten day period as outlined in the documentation sent with your carrier.

By borrowing one of our slings/carriers you are accepting that you take full responsibility for the safety of your child whilst using a loaned carrier. You are also accepting that you are liable to pay 50% replacement cost up to a limit of $100 should a carrier be damaged in your care and/ or need replacing. A $5 late fee applies for carriers not returned within the ten day period.
